Job Description:

Quantity Surveyor role in a multidisciplinary construction consultancy working on community-focused projects with career progression opportunities in a flexible, people-first environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work across local authority, education, and residential projects
Act as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent
Involvement across the full project lifecycle

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, focusing on cost management
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Pre and post contract experience
Public Sector or Local Authority or Residential project experience

Nice to have:

MRICS or currently working towards
