Job Description:

A respected and long-standing Chartered Surveying practice is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team at their Romford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work across a diverse project portfolio while receiving hands-on support and clear progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Involved in a wide variety of sectors including public and private residential, education, healthcare, office, industrial (including sheds), and bespoke theatre projects

Requirements:

Degree qualified (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Pre & Post Contract Experience
MRICS or currently working towards
Comfortable working in a team and managing own workload
