The Quantity Surveyor will assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans. Support the procurement process, including obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations. Prepare interim valuations and assist with monthly cost reporting. Monitor project costs and track variations. Assist in managing subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations and payments. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors as required. Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.

Requirements
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
2–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Good understanding of construction contracts (e.g., RIAI or similar)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
