Job Description:

The role involves working within a well-established team, managing residential projects valued between £10m and £15m, and benefiting from hands-on career development support.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects from inception to completion
working on private housing, mixed-use schemes, care homes, and apartment blocks
handling contracts involving JCT and Design & Build

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
previous Residential sector experience
Employer’s Agent experience (preferred but not essential)
pre- and post-contract knowledge
Quantity Surveying experience in a UK PQS firm / consultancy
