Quantity Surveyor

• Production of weekly and monthly cost / value reconciliations
• Play a key role bridging the gap between operations and clients to agree client variations and changes to scope
• Providing variation justifications and agreeing these with clients in a timely manner
• Liaising with various departments including design and operations to report and manage commercial performance of schemes in your region
• Attend monthly operational meetings to discuss regional performance of schemes, taking accountability for performance to interrogate performance and ensure appropriate actions in place to resolve any underperformance
• Preparing client valuations and having the ability to manage client relationships/disputes
• Management of client debt, whilst establishing strong relationships with clients
• Preparing final accounts for both clients and sub-contractors

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Utility Construction or Contracting sector
