Job Description:

You will primarily be responsible for project tender & pre-post contract management in highrise projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cost Planning & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Tendering & Procurement: Manage the tender process, including preparation of bills of quantities, reviewing contractor bids, and negotiating contracts
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms
  • Valuation & Payment: Conduct interim valuations and prepare progress payments for contractors and subcontractors
  • Post-Contract Services: Provide post-contract cost control and management, including final accounts preparation, settlement of claims, and cost reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Prefer candidates with high rise building experience
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes specific to high-rise construction
