Job Description

Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy and infrastructure projects and is seeking Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors for contract opportunities. These roles will support the commercial management of renewable energy projects including solar PV, wind, substations, and grid infrastructure developments.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage project costs, valuations, and commercial reporting activities
  • Prepare forecasts, variations, and contract administration documentation
  • Support budget control and cost management across project delivery
  • Work closely with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual requirements
  • Support claims management and commercial negotiations where required

Requirements

  • Previous quantity surveying or commercial management experience within infrastructure or energy sectors
  • Experience working with NEC, FIDIC, or similar contracts preferred
  • Strong understanding of project cost management and reporting
  • Renewable energy or utilities project experience advantageous
  • Relevant commercial or construction qualifications preferred
