Job Responsibility:
Initial budgets and benchmarking
Elemental and trade-based cost plans
Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pre-tender estimates
Tender analysis and methodology advice
Bank reports and draw-down recommendations
Value engineering (challenging client views when appropriate to ensure excellence)
Variation valuations and progress claim recommendations
Requirements:
At least 2 years of local experience within a similar consultancy firm
An accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
Proficiency in CostX (or similar) and Excel is essential
Exceptional verbal and written skills
must be comfortable advising high-level stakeholders
Graduate of an accredited Quantity Surveyor degree course
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Australia as a client-side QS
