Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Manager to lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors working across multiple projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in commercial management, ensuring robust cost control, contractual compliance, and effective team leadership while reporting directly to the Commercial Lead.

Requirements:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors across several framework projects
Manage cost planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial risk across projects
Support the Commercial Lead with strategic commercial input and decision-making
Ensure compliance with framework, client, and organisational commercial procedures
Attend and contribute to commercial and project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Must have local nuclear knowledge within Cumbria
Promote best practice, consistency, and continuous improvement across the QS team
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying Manager or Senior QS role
Demonstrable experience working on projects within large, multi-project frameworks
Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, specifically Option A (Lump Sum) and Option C (Target Cost)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
UK National Security Vetting Status - Ability to gain SC Clearance
