Job Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (E & I) – Site for one of our clients with the following details: Start date: ASAP Duration: 24 months Location: Dubai UAE

Job Responsibility:

  • To Prepare quantity take offs for Electrical and Instrumentation works
  • To Maintain the overall master quantity record, incorporating updates from revised drawings
  • To prepare the RFQ document
  • To Evaluate the Commercial Bid
  • To Prepare the Preambles, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Estimations
  • To Prepare project cost reports and review them in coordination with the Commercial and Subcontracts Manager
  • To Review and certify subcontractor payment applications in line with the terms and conditions of the subcontract
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance related issues

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ Years Minimum years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil & gas project
  • AUTO cad Software knowledge required
