Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract workflows to ensure commercial efficiency across industrial developments
  • Analyse complex tender documentation and technical specifications to verify precise operational scopes
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and compile comprehensive pricing structures for final submissions
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive procurement proposals from external suppliers and engineering subcontractors
  • Formulate project progress claims, manage variation evaluations, and maintain robust cost control tracking
  • Collaborate closely with project management and site delivery divisions to align budget requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of quantity surveying experience, specifically within the main contractor industrial construction sector
  • Strong technical comprehension of civil, structural, and architectural construction methodologies
  • Proficiency in utilizing standard industry quantity surveying software tools and advanced spreadsheet applications
  • Solid background in contract administration, subcontractor procurement, and local measurement standards
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or an engineering discipline
