Job Description:

A dynamic, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Director to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in the Residential sector and is ready to take ownership of key client relationships and project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking the lead on larger residential projects ranging from £15m to £230m
  • Strategic project planning and end-to-end service delivery
  • Acting in a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent role
  • Mentoring a young, energetic team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Working collaboratively within a tight-knit consultancy

Requirements:

  • MRICS is highly desirable
  • Strong residential sector experience (including student, co-living or senior living)
  • Able to lead large-scale projects independently
  • Experience delivering both QS and EA services
  • Long term desire to be involved in Business Development, immediate need to service current clients & secure repeat business
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
