Job Description:

A dynamic, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Director to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in the Residential sector and is ready to take ownership of key client relationships and project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Taking the lead on larger residential projects ranging from £15m to £230m
Strategic project planning and end-to-end service delivery
Acting in a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent role
Mentoring a young, energetic team of Quantity Surveyors
Working collaboratively within a tight-knit consultancy

Requirements:

MRICS is highly desirable
Strong residential sector experience (including student, co-living or senior living)
Able to lead large-scale projects independently
Experience delivering both QS and EA services
Long term desire to be involved in Business Development, immediate need to service current clients & secure repeat business
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments

Nice to have:
