We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Trading Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying trading solutions, developing strategies, and optimizing portfolio construction in electricity markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantitative analysis, computer science and programming, and deep research skills. Requirements:

  • Undergrad or master's in a technical discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience with progressive responsibilities
  • Strong foundation in probability and statistics, with working knowledge of machine learning techniques preferred
  • Expertise in Python and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Dask, Ray, Streamlit)
  • Proven ability to design and implement mathematical models and handle large, complex datasets
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understanding of origination, trading exposure, and financial implications and familiarity with power markets preferred but not required
