5+ years experience designing and conducting quantitative UX research in complex and/or enterprise level software environments
expertise in applying advanced quantitative (and some qualitative) research and analysis methods to business problems, including segmentation, driver analysis and discrete choice modelling
proficiency in survey program design and execution, with a track record of impacting both product direction and experience design
compelling storytelling skills and experience driving engagement with insights and analyses
