Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Quality Workforce Strategy Specialists (Level 3 & Level 4) to support the skill team responsible for hiring and staffing operations in Everett, WA. As a Quality Workforce Specialist, you will collaborate with skill focal points across Quality functions and programs, focusing on employee acquisition, redeployment, and other employee movements, including skill and career development. In this position, you will support hiring processes and standards. Additionally, you will support hiring events, intern program process and talent acquisition improvement projects. Building and maintaining relationships with business partners, managers, peers and staffing leaders will be essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Provide support to ensure processes used to manage, develop staffing acquisition plans are effective and integrated
  • Support the development of business plans, policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain partnering relationships with program organization staffing leaders, stakeholders, peers, and business partners

  • Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop business directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, and working agreements are deployed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years cross-functional experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
  • Strong communication skills and a self-starter that takes initiatives without supervision
  • Adaptable and able to operate in a dynamic environment to meet objectives on time
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 5+ years of experience in a role that managed projects / activities with deadlines
  • Experience in pulling reports in Tableau
