Job Responsibility

  • Conduct laboratory testing on materials to ensure they meet required quality and performance standards
  • Record, interpret and report test data accurately to support production and quality decisions
  • Assist with investigations into product performance and contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Support routine checks and calibration of lab equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised laboratory environment while following all safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or testing environment
  • A basic understanding of quality control or materials testing
  • Comfortable carrying out routine, process-driven tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Science
  • Full UK driving license or local to Milton Keynes
