Job Responsibility:

  • Support to the manufacturing/assembly operations as required
  • Responsible for removal and transfer of nonconforming material from production/assembly areas to MRB
  • Perform final QC checks of finished devices, labeling, device history record documentation and final release of the products manufactured at the Charleston (Ladson) facility
  • Supports the non-conforming Material process via material movements, sorting & rework as needed
  • Collaborates with MRB for the material disposal
  • Give feedback on quality to management, engineers, technicians, and production personnel
  • Perform SAP and SAGE/MAS material transactions
  • Assist with receiving inspections as needed
  • Supports PQE and SQE as needed (First Article Inspection, SCAR, and SNAP activities)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
