Job Description:

Join our team in Bellshill as a Quality Technician, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role involves a rotating shift pattern across early and backshifts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-process quality audits and material evaluations and finished product audits to support packaging operations
  • Ensure non-conforming products are held and managed in line with documented processes
  • Perform audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and support improvement initiatives
  • Conduct quality analysis on products and materials, reporting findings and recommending improvements
  • Support complaint Investigation and non-conformances, raising appropriate actions through IQMS and IFS 10
  • Support supplier material complaint issues identified within bottling and escalation to appropriate departments
  • Support technical and NPD trials and providing reports
  • Perform line audits , record issues, and communicate with line teams
  • Support the maintenance of Quality Standards, SOPs, and documentation in line with governance requirements
  • Share quality performance data with line teams and support continuous improvement activities
  • Promote a culture of quality in the bottling hall, advising operators and team leaders on product standards

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of quality systems and standards (e.g. ISO, IQMS)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high workplace standards
