Quality Technician (Measurement) position at Aptiv, a technology company enabling mobility and transforming the future of autonomous vehicles, smart cities and connectivity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform inspection and measuring activity
  • Molding & Stamping & Assembly part qualification measurement
  • Coordinate spare part set-up inspection
  • Timely feedback any abnormal quality during the measuring
  • Clearly identify to any questionable materials after measure
  • Correctly record the inspection results
  • Execute daily maintain measuring equipment
  • Monitor all measuring equipment in the period of validity
  • Flow the Company EHS policies
  • Prevent waste materials, participate, water, and electricity and protect nature
  • Support engineer to prepare the measurement method/position for new project
  • Support engineer to present measurement comparation at customer side
  • Support engineer to analyze the product issue from GD&T
  • Prepare the SPC and MSA for new project

Requirements:

  • Technical secondary school or college
  • Have engineering knowledge, Experience of inspection and measurement, basic knowledge of quality control, basically understanding English especially reading
  • More than 2 years relevant experience for measurement technology (CMM /OGP/VGM) & excel& Word and PPT skill
  • Have general SPC and MSA knowledge
  • Ability of reading drawing(both Chinese and English version) , GD&T knowledge
