Job Description:

Product Quality Team Leader at Customer Fulfillment Center, leading the team responsible for giving products a second chance and owning the product quality methods. We're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate across functions to ensure an understanding of the supply and product quality processes by focusing on prevention, sustainability, and quality
Lead and identify talent with co-workers by actively engaging in their development and individual goals
Contribute to the unit business plan by securing recovery methods and quality protocols are followed
Provide analysis and report relevant data to drive operational improvements with quality
Identify and develop potential improvements to the quality and recovery processes
Communicate with internal and external partners to create, procure, or implement resources for quality and recovery
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

1 to 3 years leadership experience preferred
Pro-active and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
