Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage the area of non-conforming material, to ensure the identification, segregation and provision of all raw materials and / or finished products that are not suitable for manufacturing. Maintain close communication with internal and external suppliers for the solution of material defects, as well as follow up on products that by their nature require inspections of Limited Shelf Life.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the area of non-conforming material
  • Monitor the storage and handling of materials protected in MRB
  • Request the disposal of non-conforming materials through rework and / or scrap
  • Send weekly reports of non-conforming product inventory protected in MRB
  • Request action plans from internal and / or external suppliers
  • Responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures
