Job Responsibility

  • Conducting internal audits according to IATF16949
  • Providing and coordinating trainings in terms of quality tools provided by the QS&DA department and external suppliers
  • Monitoring and updating of standards and specifications
  • Monitoring and updating TCK CSR database (Customer Specific Requirements)
  • Preparation of data for system management reviews (monthly metrics, Annual Management Review)
  • Initiating action to improve / develop the quality management system
  • Support for CS segment employees in the quality management system

Requirements

  • MSc degree in technical or economy faculty
  • Experience on similar position
  • Qualified internal auditor in quality systems
  • Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MS Office application

  • Support cross-functional partners to manage Veeva applications (current and future)
  • Manage the incident and change request logs and develop mechanisms for review, approval/rejection, prioritization and communication of implemented changes to stakeholders and system users
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to implement and validate new applications, scheduled updates, and approved changes for movement into production
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proficient use of the Veeva platform and adherence to established processes
  • Maintain system documentation, including system technical specifications and test scripts, standard operating procedures, user guides and training materials specific to the Veeva platform
  • Track and report on system performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Respond to system and process inquiries to support RAQA teams such as for audits and inspections
