Quality System Specialist

Our client is a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company that leverages cutting-edge technology and processes to produce complex, fabricated metal components. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Quality System Specialist to strengthen and advance our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and to support system development in preparation for IATF 16949 certification. The primary objective of this role is to drive continuous improvement by monitoring QMS compliance across manufacturing operations and partnering with process owners to implement effective system enhancements. Key activities include planning and executing internal and external audits, managing document control, and leading corrective action processes. This position will play a central role in cross-functional efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with industry standards, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality objectives.
