Job Description:

As a Quality System Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Audit Management: quality management system, ensuring compliance with IATF16949. You will audit processes, manage documentation, analyze KPIs, train employees, and facilitate corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining and improving the quality management system, ensuring compliance with IATF16949
  • Maintaining, updating, and controlling quality manuals, procedures, and records
  • Conducting annual internal enterprise operating system (EOS) and VDA audits
  • Coordinating external certification audits like IATF
  • Ensuring adherence to industry-specific standards (IATF16949, VDA)
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Quality Control System throughout the production area
  • Planning, monitoring the quality and correctness of quality actions to meet customer requirements and comply with EOS
  • Monitoring KPIs, analyzing quality data, and generating reports for management
  • Training employees on quality procedures, enterprise operating system and best practices to ensure timely delivery of the product and its proper quality
  • Understanding the requirements of suppliers and clients, providing information and explanations, proposing preventive measures and actions
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of quality procedures, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement, proposing corrective and preventive actions aimed at further optimization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in quality control/quality assurance or a related technical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with IATF, ISO9001 standards, root cause analysis, and quality auditing techniques
  • Familiar with process mapping, turtle diagrams, document control
  • Strong English knowledge
