Job Responsibility
Component Inspection: Inspect incoming components through visual checks, measurements, and document review (certificates, measurement reports)
Compile inspection reports and ensure all documentation is saved, traceable, and fully transparent
Carry out internal component inspections as requested
Outgoing Products Inspection: Perform quality checks during the assembly and on outgoing goods to verify they meet the required standards
Participate in product testing and support accurate documentation of results
Operating in the ERP system: monitoring the stock level of goods and documents to be inspected, moving the inspected goods to their dedicated warehouse locations, etc.
Manage the Quality Department’s measuring devices and tools in the AllDevice program and on the floor
Label and register new equipment and conduct and manage calibration
Composing Documents: Quality Inspection instructions, process descriptions, and other documents based on need
Internal Findings: Notice and report quality-related deviations and follow up on the progress of corrective actions
Keep a statistical overview of the findings, and organise regular meetings to highlight the issues and improvements
Operating stackers and a forklift: to move pellets with goods in and out of the inspection area, onto shelves, and to turn around heavy components for inspection

Requirements
Ability to do routine work individually
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and work plan
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain accurate quality and process records
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, instructions, certificates, and measuring reports
Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian
proficiency in other languages is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Willingness to operate a forklift and stackers
Ability to work with data, basic knowledge and skills in statistics
Nice to have
Experience working in a manufacturing environment and conducting product quality inspection
Familiarity with metrology
Experience in the Business Central ERP and the Alldevice systems
Ability to write technical documents like quality inspection instructions and SOP-s
Familiarity with the ISO 9001 standard requirements
Conducting internal audits: QMS, production process, 5S
Valid forklift license
