4–7+ years of experience in: Quality inspection
Quality technician
Manufacturing quality roles
Experience with: Nonconformance handling and MRB processes
Dispositioning parts (rework, scrap, use-as-is)
Strong ability to read and interpret: Engineering drawings
GD&T
Hands-on experience with: Calipers, micrometers (CMM exposure preferred)
Experience inspecting: Mechanical components and/or electronic assemblies (PCBA preferred)
Ability to work independently and make real-time quality decisions

Job Responsibility

Perform hands-on inspection of mechanical and electronic components (PCBA, assemblies, machined parts)
Sit at triage stations to evaluate nonconforming parts in real time
Determine appropriate disposition: Rework / fix
Escalate to MRB
Return to supplier
Support and progressively take ownership of the MRB process
Act as a secondary decision-maker on nonconformance disposition
Partner with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to troubleshoot issues
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support RMA and supplier-related quality activities as needed
