Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Services Manager who will lead the development, sale, and delivery of high-impact solutions across the Dutch, Belgian, and French markets. In this senior, client-facing role, you will combine strategic business development with end-to-end ownership of proposals and hands-on leadership in project execution. You will navigate complex stakeholder environments, build trusted relationships at C-level, and ensure the highest standards of quality and operational excellence while delivering impactful results for our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive high value, client focused proposals across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France by shaping solutions, pricing models, and competitive offers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive and innovative offers
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with senior client stakeholders (C-level, directors, decision-makers)
  • Position the organization as a long-term partner adapting to the specificities of the markets in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, outcomes, and quality standards
  • Ensure continuous improvement
  • Contribute to market visibility through thought leadership, client presentations, and participation in key industry forums

Requirements

  • Proven executive experience in consulting, IT services, or quality engineering roles
  • Strong track record in winning and delivering complex deals in Netherlands, Belgium and/or France
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle: from opportunity shaping to delivery
  • Deep understanding of enterprise environments and transformation programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Fluent in English, French And Dutch
