Be the driving force behind seamless quality assurance for a global CMO, where precision and efficiency are key to supporting world-class manufacturing. Proclinical is seeking a Quality service Centre Specialist to support global vendor change processes and ensure seamless coordination across multiple sites. This role involves acting as a key communicator for quality-related matters, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. The position focuses on maintaining high standards of product and service quality, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage supplier lifecycle processes, including global vendor change notifications
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of product and service quality
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Actively participate as a collaborative team member in a customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and a critical thinking mindset
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills in English.
