Boden are recruiting for a QSHE Manager to drive safety culture, operational assurance, and best-in-class management systems across a national portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on protecting people, improving processes, and ensuring contracts consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Provide expert QSHE support to contract and operational teams
Lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple regions
Develop and implement safety, quality & environmental systems and procedures
Investigate incidents and ensure timely close-out of actions
Produce method statements, safety plans, and compliance documentation
Deliver training, toolbox talks, and promote a proactive safety culture
Manage and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications
Support new contract mobilisations and client compliance audits
Collaborate nationally to drive continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience across FM, M&E or multi-site environments
Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and statutory compliance
Experience implementing and auditing management systems
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
