Job Description

This job is key for the success of TRIGO's Quality Resident Engineering business, so the following objectives should be accomplished to the highest feasible standards to avoid the official claims from the customer mainly through preventive actions as well as corrective ones.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary liaison between the OEM and the contracted customer, ensuring seamless communication and strong professional relationships
  • Provide technical and quality support, addressing production issues promptly to prevent claims
  • Analyze problems at the OEM facility, propose solutions, and communicate corrective actions to production plants
  • Monitor and audit how the customer handles products, suggesting improvements as needed
  • Attend customer meetings and provide continuous feedback on quality concerns and claim resolutions
  • Stay updated on technical and industry developments through training and visits
  • Report regularly to the contracted partner and TRIGO Country Resident Manager
  • Support prototype builds, pre-serial production, engineering changes, and launch activities
  • Oversee and coordinate on-site sorting or rework activities, ensuring written approval from the contracted client

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and process control expertise
  • Experience with standardized work, product, and process audits
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and sequencing (preferred)
  • Tier 1 automotive experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to direct teams effectively
  • Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on challenges
  • Strong integrity and professionalism in representing the company
  • Skilled in problem-solving and customer relationship management
  • Capable of building long-term, win-win client relationships
