Conduct equipment criticality assessments to prioritize maintenance efforts and allocate resources effectively
Provide expertise in asset health monitoring and the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and analyze asset performance data
Monitor and analyze key reliability metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
Use statistical data to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement across the region
Generate regular reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, and reliability improvements for regional leadership
Forecast and track savings and ROI from reliability initiatives
Work closely with plant maintenance managers, engineers, and operations personnel to build a strong reliability culture
Develop and deliver training programs on reliability principles, statistical analysis, and RCA methodologies to plant staff
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among the various manufacturing plants in the region
Partner with capital projects teams to ensure new equipment is specified and installed with reliability and maintainability in mind
