Job Description

As a Quality-Production Support, you are the main link between the Quality, Production, and Logistics teams. Your role is essential for managing daily quality on the shop floor: Analyzing non-conformities (product defects). Checking production processes to ensure everything is correct. Managing flows (physical products and computer data) for non-conforming items. Providing active support to the teams to solve quality iss.

Job Responsibility

  • Non-Conformity Management: Identification, registration, and processing of non-conforming products
  • Tracking rejected batches and managing physical and system-based (ERP) holds
  • Participation in quality meetings as required to address recurring issues
  • Production Support: Daily monitoring of production compliance on the shop floor
  • Verification of labeling and production tracking documentation
  • Quality and quantity control of incoming components
  • Specialized oversight for specific or high-stakes production runs
  • Quality Sorting Support: Coordination of sorting operations and logistics management of pallets
  • Creation of clear sorting instructions tailored to specific non-conformity cases
  • Data adjustment post-sorting and tracking of detected anomalies
  • Product release following final quality validation
  • Administrative Entry & Tracking: Regular data entry of production and quality control metrics
  • System-based tracking of product statuses (Blocked, Sorting in Progress, Released, etc.)

Requirements

  • Technical training or experience in a factory (Quality experience is a plus)
  • Automotive: Knowing car industry standards is a bonus
  • Fluent French
  • English or German is a plus
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers
