A position for a Quality Product Owner for (FMEA) Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (m/f) within the Inspection Standards - Methods & Tools has just opened at Airbus in Bangalore. Quality is one of the core pillars of the company compliance and performance, and spreads in all company daily operations. Quality strongly contributes to Airbus key success factors: Product Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Flow Efficiency. The Quality M&T department aims to develop and maintain all the digital landscape and applications portfolio of Quality domain, together with the Information Management (IM) department. In that context, You will be part of the quality Standard product and you will drive the development phases with our Information Management partners and the product team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design and implementation of the Digital strategy for your product
  • Responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs
  • Activities will be related to transformation, Business continuity, change management & run mode
  • Establish solid relationships with Information Management and business stakeholders
  • Setting up MFT able to steer and manage the product portfolio
  • Managing and prioritizing your product backlog, Translating strategies to development
  • Understand the needs and impact on the way of working of your customer within Airbus Sites
  • To follow-up solution development and ensure documentation updates
  • Ensure to collect feedback from deployment and prioritization of features supporting the deployment
  • Participate in the overall product strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience
  • Preferably in Digitization projects with Industrial process background focused on industrial Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong relationship and change management skills
  • Graduated as an engineer master degree, including at least one of matters: Information Management Systems or Data management, Industrial & Quality management System
  • English: negotiation
  • Capability of earning trust and influencing stakeholders with excellent communication skills
  • Curious, Autonomous and well organized
  • Experience in working with agile methods like scrum and kanban is a key asset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Airbus Product lifecycle & Operations/Quality set-up in Plant/FAL is a key asset
  • Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
