Your expertise will guide the quality assurance team in monitoring our production processes, conducting audits, and addressing any quality-related issues promptly. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality across the organization, collaborating with various departments to ensure that our products consistently exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality management systems and procedures
  • Lead and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve organizational quality objectives
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures
  • Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Analyze quality data and trends, reporting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the food production industry
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and relevant food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing food safety practices
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
  • A proactive approach to maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement
  • Managerial Experience
  • HACCP experience
  • Audit Qualification and experience and proven delivery of effective food safety and quality management systems. (BRC / Customer)
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
