Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality management systems and procedures
Lead and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve organizational quality objectives
Conduct regular audits of production processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures
Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Analyze quality data and trends, reporting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the food production industry
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and relevant food safety regulations
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting audits and implementing food safety practices
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
A proactive approach to maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement
Managerial Experience
HACCP experience
Audit Qualification and experience and proven delivery of effective food safety and quality management systems. (BRC / Customer)
