Working within the Quality Team to ensure high standards are met and maintained, identify areas for improvement, and support services in providing quality care.
Job Responsibility:
Complete regular service reviews across the company
Complete service review visits across all services, requiring overnight stays
Keep up to date with regulatory and legislative changes
Produce reports, keep spreadsheets and summaries up to date
Support the Quality team with development of Quality related work and projects
Assist in organising and attending events
Attend regular quality meetings and complete minutes
Provide information to assist with the production of the Quality Bulletin and memos
Assist with work around external Quality programmes
Attend Managers meetings to provide information around quality improvement
Complete reviews of internal policies, procedures & guidance
Support with the development and running of the Quality Assurance programme
Complete allocated service review visits
Support services to improve the quality of care
Provide verbal feedback to the Management team
Provide clear reports following visits
Summarise results of review visits
Analyse results of service review visits
Ensure Managers have sufficient evidence around actions
Assist with review and development of the service review format and process
Speak to relatives, staff and professionals for feedback
Assist with regular CQC action plan review visits
Ensure CQC action plan is in place
Visit homes regularly to review progress on CQC action plans
Provide feedback following visits
Support services following internal or external monitoring and inspection
Assist with improvement plans and direct support
Provide support around action plans
Provide support and guidance following service review visits
Review CQC & CIW reports and identify themes
Assist with follow up investigations
Update CQC & CIW Inspection Report database
Ensure up to date ratings posters are shared
Provide training around Quality to staff
Review Quality training presentations and packages
Provide training and induction for Expert Quality Auditors
Requirements:
