Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to join a vibrant team in Basingstoke!

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement robust quality management systems to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement a comprehensive QHSE strategy aligned with the business objectives
Lead and mentor a dedicated team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions
Analyse data and metrics to monitor quality performance and drive strategic improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
Effective communication skills to convey quality standards to all levels of the organisation
Appropriate qualification in Engineering or Quality Assurance
