Job Description:

Join a very large Tier 1 contractor delivering one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System, driving excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the project.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain the project's Quality Management System in line with ISO standards
  • Collaborate with project leaders and suppliers to embed effective quality processes
  • Manage audits, quality KPIs, and supplier performance
  • Support the integration of quality, environmental, and safety systems
  • Provide training and guidance to promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, construction, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing quality systems on large, complex projects
  • CQI Practitioner (PCQI) or above
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
