Job Description:

This role is to work on a large and complex industrial project including fitout valued Circa £150m. The role involves quality assurance strategies, compliance, inspections, process improvements, and legal adherence.

Job Responsibility:

Creating and implementing strategies for quality assurance and process optimization
Guaranteeing compliance with industry guidelines, legal regulations, and specific client expectations
Managing quality inspections and facilitating external evaluations by regulatory agencies or clients
Identifying process inefficiencies and partnering with teams to drive improvements

Requirements:

Relevant Degree in regulated utilities, infrastructure, or the construction sector
Chartered Status in a relevant professional body
In-depth knowledge of quality management in construction
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM regulations
NEC3/NEC4 contractual awareness
