As Quality Manager, you are responsible for establishing, developing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System and overall quality structure at the Rødkærsbro manufacturing site and within the Business Unit Biscuit. You will assist in setting up the local Quality team and act as the key interface to internal stakeholders (both locally and at group level) as well as external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. You ensure that processes consistently comply with Bühler group standards and customer requirements, and that quality and EHS is embedded in our daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, promote, and sustain a strong quality and continuous improvement culture within the manufacturing site and Business Unit
Align local strategy with global Quality and EHS guidelines while ensuring fit for purpose solutions
Translate and align local quality strategy with global Quality and EHS guidelines, ensuring practical, fit for purpose solutions
Ensure effective Quality Gates in Manufacturing including functional tests and final inspections to secure product conformity
Implement and monitor key Quality KPI such as FPY / RTY, COPQ and Complaint KPIs

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality management or similar role (e.g. QA engineer, Manufacturing QA engineer) in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, assembly, and interpretation of engineering drawings
Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, etc...)
