Provide overall leadership and governance of the Contractor Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with COMPANY requirements, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020
Ensure all inspection deliverables, reports, data submissions, workpacks, and documentation meet COMPANY quality standards, procedures, and contractual obligations
Lead the preparation, submission, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), ITPs, Surveillance Plan, and contract-specific quality documentation
Manage and execute internal quality audits, support COMPANY audits, and ensure timely closure of NCRs, CARs, and preventive actions
Ensure calibration compliance of all NDT/Advanced NDT equipment, gauges, EX-rated devices, and inspection tools in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements
Provide quality oversight for Vendor Inspection / TPI activities, including review of Vendor Quality Plans, ITPs, FAT/SAT procedures, and manufacturing surveillance reports
Review and validate inspection data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, traceability, and compliance before CIRRAS/SAP submission
Lead quality risk assessments, identify quality gaps, and implement improvements to enhance reliability of inspection execution
Ensure personnel competency and qualification records for inspection/NDT staff are maintained in accordance with contract requirements (ISO 9712, API, CSWIP, ASNT, IRATA)
Engage with COMPANY Quality Representatives to resolve issues, review anomalies, clarify specifications, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide quality input during planning, operational discussions, and technical reviews to ensure alignment between execution and COMPANY quality expectations
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Quality, or related engineering discipline
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
Minimum 7–10 years experience in QA/QC, inspection, or quality management within the Oil & Gas or critical asset industries
Strong understanding of: ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 17020 (Inspection Bodies), ISO 17025 calibration requirements, API/ASME inspection codes and COMPANY quality standards
Familiar with NDT/Advanced NDT competency standards (ISO 9712, SNT-TC-1A, CSWIP, API 570/510/653)
Experience with Vendor Inspection, fabrication surveillance, and document review
Strong analytical, audit, and problem-solving capabilities (NCR, RCA, CAR processes)
Proficient in MS Office, digital inspection systems, and quality management tools
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to interface with COMPANY representatives
HSSE awareness and required COMPANY training (BOSIET if offshore visits are required)
