Quality Manager

Chichester College Group have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Quality Manager at our Chichester College campus. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, we will offer a competitive salary of £50,239 to £54,904 per annum. As Quality Manager, you will lead the implementation of robust and impactful quality assurance and improvement processes across the College Group. You will work closely with curriculum and leadership teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement-championing excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, and supporting managers to deliver high-quality experiences that help every learner thrive. You will also need a keen eye for data including performance data, identifying trends, and driving strategic improvements.
