Quality Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO standards and other relevant certifications
• Establish quality control processes, procedures, and inspection standards for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Conduct regular internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance understanding of quality control processes and ensure consistent adherence
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality incidents, investigations, and improvement initiatives
• Act as the main point of contact for third-party audits, regulatory bodies, and client regarding quality matters
• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the quality team to ensure consistent and effective quality control operations

• Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or Six Sigma
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and mentor employees
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in quality tools such as Fieldview
