Job Responsibility
Maintain overall Quality & Environment Management System within industry and Brose guidelines
Responsible for all TS 16949 and ISO 14001 related issues, internally and externally
Oversee the actions of internal processes and system audits
conduct internal audits on-site
Oversee the activities for the Quality & Environment team for the benefit of communizing practices
Plan, apply, monitor and control annual budget (including personnel planning) and implement counter‑measures
Ensure local implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality and Environment Management Systems
Define locally applicable quality specifications in alignment with Central Quality
Monitor quality costs, perform internal benchmarking, analyze quality data and ensure corrective actions
Maintain customer contact and satisfaction

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements related to quality
Lead, support and motivate employees including annual reviews, objectives and HR measures
Job‑related leadership of Quality Engineers, inspectors and technicians (targets, performance, development)
Escalate and manage critical quality backlogs involving supervisors and quality staff
Liaison with customers regarding quality concerns
Support and maintain worldwide Brose quality and environmental standards
Identify and maintain PPM ratio measurements
Maintain and continuously improve process‑oriented quality systems and tracking procedures
Lead ARGUS and act as Environmental/Health & Safety representative within the plant
Evaluate effectiveness of the process system (e.g., internal audits across plant functions)
Define, monitor and control measures to improve the process system and ensure implementation
Report process‑system effectiveness to top management and central QMR/EMR
Promote awareness of customer requirements at all plant levels
Knowledge of latest automotive industry and supplier requirements
Product Safety Officer representative
Meet internal control requirements on departmental activities
Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or other Quality/Management-related discipline
ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 Qualified Knowledge
3 to 5 years’ experience in automotive quality-related work with experience in internal quality auditing, customer quality issues, supplier quality issues and Advanced Product Quality Planning, warranty analysis and problem solving
