Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality and governance across a small, stable portfolio of elderly nursing homes in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing care provider in a newly created leadership role, responsible for implementing and building robust quality assurance systems to support and facilitate the group's continued growth. This role would suit an experienced quality and governance professional with a strong background in elderly care. You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and governance leadership across the group, driving quality improvements, ensuring CQC compliance, and developing the systems and frameworks needed to support future growth, including new build projects and pre-CQC registration readiness.

Requirements

  • Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable
  • strong clinical background and confidence with clinical oversight essential
  • Proven experience in quality, governance, or compliance within elderly care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection frameworks, and quality assurance systems
  • Experience implementing quality systems from the ground up and supporting organisational growth
  • Experience with new build projects and pre-CQC registration readiness is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel across the Oxfordshire portfolio as required
