Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute comprehensive quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with industry standards
Supervise and mentor a team of four quality assurance professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance
Conduct line checks and monitor product integrity to maintain consistent quality
Manage audits, facility inspections, and address customer concerns effectively
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to resolve quality issues
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality and food safety processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality systems
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in quality management, preferably within the food or beverage industry
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies
Ability to handle audits, inspections, and customer inquiries with professionalism
