Job Responsibility:

  • Reduction in customer complaints and Internal losses
  • Improved compliance scores in VSA / MSA / IATF / ISO14K&45 K and Internal/external audits
  • Reduction in cost of poor quality (rework, waste) & cost of Quality
  • System Development: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance checks (e.g., ISO, IATF) to ensure conformity to established standards
  • MR Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for management to drive improvements
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product defects or service failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Supplier/Vendor Quality: Work with procurement to set quality standards for raw materials and inspect incoming materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Chemical or relevant discipline)
  • Post-graduate qualification in Quality Management is preferred
  • Min. 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
