  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager within manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and energetic approach to leadership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or related fields and knowledge of quality systems and standards, such as BRC, RSPO, GMP
