Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the smooth running of the Quality Department, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & AS9120 B standards
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to shape and implement company policies that drive quality and efficiency
Establish, implement, and maintain processes for the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, documentation, and procedures
Ensure that customer requirements are met, from product quality to compliance documentation
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods, manage non-conformances, and investigate product returns to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to assess and maintain vendor quality standards, ensuring they meet our expectations
Mentor and develop your team to ensure high morale and performance, while keeping training records up to date

Requirements:

Proven experience in people management, including performance evaluations and setting objectives
An ability to balance daily tasks with larger strategic goals, maintaining a high standard of work under pressure
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement
Solid understanding of technical drawings and working knowledge of ISO 9002
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong literacy and numeracy skills
