Job Description:

Ertech is recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team supporting long-term Infrastructure construction scopes in NSW. The role is responsible for leading quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of excellence within project teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead quality assurance processes
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Embed a culture of excellence within project teams
  • Report to the Project Manager and client on all QA/QC matters
  • Manage and motivate a team of Quality Engineers
  • Produce Quality Management Plans and related Quality Management tools
  • Ensure Project teams complete all required QA/QC surveillance and documentation
  • Understand the non-conformance process and liaise with the client and project teams to develop corrective and preventative actions
  • Provide in house training to Project team members on Quality documentation and surveillance activities
  • Ensure the Contractor's and vendor's quality records and MDR's are compiled

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a Quality Manager or similar role on construction projects
  • TfNSW roads experience
  • Strong technical knowledge surrounding Civil and Electrical Engineering scopes
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • MUST hold relevant Australian working rights

Nice to have:

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Bachelor in Civil Engineering or similar qualification
