Job Responsibility

  • Execute system audits and quality system inductions in accordance with applicable requirements (i.e., IATF 16949), ensuring that audit results are used to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
  • Execute the process audit system under an LPA (Layered Process Audits) scheme
  • Ensure the timely closure of actions and promote recognition
  • Ensure the identification, implementation, and compliance with applicable customer-specific requirements
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of key business process maps / workflows
  • Review customer portals (claims, evaluations, communications)
  • Participate in the implementation and/or improvement of global and regional standard processes
  • Participate in external audits of the Quality Management System
  • Ensure that non-conformities are properly addressed and closed in a timely manner, and that reported corrective and preventive actions are effective
  • Ensure that applicable quality certifications are maintained and that internal processes are continuously compliant with relevant standards
  • Participate in the communication process related to policies, quality/business objectives, and other information associated with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
  • Ensure records retention in accordance with customer-specific and automotive industry requirements
  • Support and monitor compliance with the product audit process
  • Ownership of the document and records management system
  • Knowledge of and compliance with customer portals according to the RACI matrix

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position or related field
